My background includes senior NHS leadership, where I managed community and inpatient services across mental health and eating disorders. This taught me not only how to lead teams and services, but also how to navigate policy, reduce risk, and stay compliant – skills I now bring to every business I support.
I’m a Chartered Manager, qualified coach and mentor, and hold an MBA in Business Administration (University of Exeter), with a focus on leadership and marketing. I’ve also spent over a decade in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, so I understand first-hand the challenges of running a health & wellness business.
