Meet Our Founder
Health and wellness has always been my passion. While advancing my career in health and social care (including managing community and acute mental health services within the NHS (National Health Service), I also taught fitness and became a Personal Trainer.
Balancing these two roles gave me a unique perspective on the challenges health and wellness professionals face. On one hand, I was navigating the complexities of leadership, compliance, and strategic planning within the NHS. On the other, I was helping clients transform their lives through fitness, understanding the demands of connecting with people, earning their trust, and making a real impact. Along the way, I also learned digital marketing the hard way, applying what I learned firsthand in these industries and as part of my MBA.
With over a decade of experience in both healthcare leadership and fitness, along with a distinction-awarded MBA, Chartered Manager (Fellow) credentials, and digital marketing expertise, I founded VidaEdge to help business owners reclaim their time, grow their impact, and thrive in a complex industry.
