Hi, I’m James, Founder of VidaEdge, with a passion for health and wellness.

My background is in the NHS managing community and inpatient services for children and young people with mental health difficulties and adults with eating disorders. I’ve also worked in the health and fitness industry for over ten years as a personal trainer and teaching group exercise classes. I am a Chartered Manager and qualified coach & mentor. I hold a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Exeter with a focus on senior leadership.

With my expertise in operational management and interest in digital technology, I identified a need to support health and wellness professionals with managing and growing their businesses through improved digital marketing and business coaching. Through the creation of VidaEdge, my goal is to help empower and support health and wellness businesses to elevate their brand and grow their client base. In doing this work, I have learnt that small and startup businesses can find it difficult to pay for digital marketing services, which is why I have launched the VidaEdge Digital Wellness Club – a subscription service which provides access to great quality digital marketing resources without the need for a digital marketing manager!
